| Abstract: | In gravel beds of an intermittent stream, Torrent de Pareis, in Mallorca, a new hyporheic amphipod was found, described as Bogidiella (Bogidiella) torrenticola n. sp. It is closely related to its congener from the same island, B. (B.) balearica, a cavernicolous species. |
